This chapter examines strategies and practices that define the Screens Producer managed Content Delivery Workflow. This workflow translates scenic documentation into a full video content production delivery pipeline. Analysis of recent projects of varying complexity are provided to demonstrate the initial workflow steps. Key elements include reviewing scenic renderings, shop drawings, and 3D models to identify video surfaces, clarify technical details, and document screens in a Screens Log. Careful study of the scenic documentation enables clear communication to the Content Creation and engineering teams.
